House Bill 1 (the biennial budget bill for FY2010/FY2011) called for the creation of the Ohio School Funding Advisory Council.  The Council members will be responsible for reviewing elements of the new Ohio Evidence Based Model funding formula.  As part of this review, the Council is required to review gifted education and make recommendations by December, 2010 to the State Board of Education and the Ohio General Assembly.  As this review progresses, OAGC will post all related documents on this page including agendas, minutes, articles from members etc.  ODE now has an official website for the council, which should also contain these documents as well.  The link to that site is here.
